How many servings will each 6-pound bag of ice cream mix make?

Each 3-pound bag of non-dairy ice cream will make approximately 50
half-cup servings.

How long does it take for the mix to freeze from startup?

It takes about 20-30 minutes from the initial startup until the product is
ready to serve out.

Do you show us how to set up the Ice Cream Machine?

When you come to pick up the machine (or at the time it is delivered)
we will go over the set up with you and we will also give you written
instructions to keep.

Does the customer have to clean the Soft Serve / Slush Machine?

All you need to do is drain out the remaining product and then do a
light wash and rinse with tap water.  After the machine is returned to
us, we will break it down and sanitize it.

When do we return the Ice Cream Machine?

The date and time for returning the machine will be written on your
invoice.

How soon must I cancel a reservation if something comes up?

Please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled event.
